faulty keyno bedside shelf
i left my room and then i could not get back in, quite frightening at night. even when a member of staff tried the key, it did not work. he had to 'punch' the door to get it open.. also, you had to get into the bath to have a shower. as i am not as mobile as i used to be, i could not do this, so i was unable to shower at all. there is no bedside table or shelf, which makes things like having a clock, phone, water, and medication to hand difficult.
